In collaboration with Hadley Interiors, we developed interactive AV experiences demonstrating the history of medicine. Using physical sensors, cameras, and NFC tags, visitors could engage with tangible objects to explore topics like keyhole surgery, amputations, and microscopy. For example, the amputation game required users to move a real saw at a steady pace indicated on screen, while a camera feed allowed visitors to manipulate instruments inside a simulated body. Another activity used NFC “petri dishes” to display detailed information and adjustable magnification on a screen.
